    bootup not shown with pci card

    ok so i have msi-neo-v motherboard, i finally gave up trying to fix that stupid artifacting problem (it doesn't do it at the computer store) so he wouldn't change it, i am guessing he was running using default windows drivers, which is fine, its just that it gives the computer a super slow feel...
