Say I order an item from a major retailer like CompUSA today.
Then let's say there's a sale on said item next week and I pick up the item during the sale. Can I purchase the item for sale price? Or am I limited to buying it for the price it was when I ordered it?
Not a good price considering it's going to be $183 on April 22 but hot since you can get it now.

I have an OEM processor I am selling and was wondering what the safest means of packaging would be (safest material) as to not cause damage to the pins and or any static discharge...
Thanks in advance.
