I have a computer that's about seven years old. I was transfering some files to a new external hard drive then i shut the computer down come back the next day turn it on and i get a "Error loading os" message. is there a reason why i would get this. i hope it's not the hard drive i replaced...
I think you guys misunderstood me it was a fresh install. The hard drive only has the OS installed. When i go to computer there is only 3gb left on a roughly 70 gb hard drive. Is this correct someone knowledgeable please respond.
You know what? i did one better. i changed the monitor i have 3 2001fps and it stilll doing it. thanks for the advice though. does anyone have any other ideas?

Sometimes laptops get jarred and it loosens thre hard drive. I had this problem once. Try opening the hard drive compartment and tighten the hard drive.
