50% off proccesors and motherboards.
i got an AMD 4200+ X2 for $125 instead of $192 at newegg. not bad. the good core too.

Funny thing is that we actually bought a pair of those 15k rpm drives for work, and they were such a pain. First We have a dell Precision 380, and it doesn't have any PCI-X slots, so the adaptec SCSI card was limited in bandwidth to the bandwidth of the stupid pci slot.
next to get around...
So is it confirmed that the one at compusa is the 18-55mm lens
is this available in store?
and if so have people been able to pricematch this to staples or circuit city for even better deals?
A program such as zoom player with lancos resizing makes it looks nice and sharp. A good rule of thumb is to resize up to twice the res of original signal.
However since this is such a high res monster you should resize to the res of the screen
from what i have read there is no T in the 500gb model but it means the same thing.
I have a T7k250 i love it.
I heard this runss really hot, like REALLY REALLY hot like 20 degrees hotter then the T7k250 or something rediculous
The WD 320GB seems like the large capacitysata hard drive...
Yeah i don't think the BenQ will ever ship.
I still dont' know why so many companies make ulgy panels(like the sceptre). All you need is a thin bezel, that is black and has removable speakers.
They try and be all fancy ant it looks ugly as Sh*t
i think the BenQ will be the one to get since i think it uses a samsung LCD.
I am very impressed with my 1920x1200 Dell 2405 which uses a Samsung LCD manufactured by Ben Q
As for that being the correct Sceptre, according to their website they only make one 37" 1920x1080 display, so...
Well the 50" Plasma HDTV for under $3000 seems to be the second best deal to me

The Pioneer 43" model number is PDP-4345HD and is basically the same display as the current Pioneer PDP-4312 for sale at costco right now for $2999 with a...
im going to try and stick a dell 8400 or 4700 since they are so cheap right now into an ahanix D-Vine 5 Home Theater PC Case.
Anyone have any experience sticking dell motherboards into different cases? Do they go right in without any mods. I assume they are standard ATX and i won't have any...
Another Question anyone having problems gaming at 1920x1200. I tried playing half life 2 at that resolution and it was just too big for how close it is to me. I wasn't performing as well online compared to my 2001FP since i had to look left and right, i ended up getting killed a lot.
If its in your area could be a steal. Slightly cheaper than a Dell 2405 and will look better next to your mac.

I personally would buy the Panasonic 42" Plasma EDTV at costco. Name Brand, Cheap price, Better set.
And yes DVDs which have 704x480 resolution look better on EDTV's that have 853x480 resolution then on normal HDTV's having resoultion between 1024x768 - 1280x768 - 1920x1080 UNLESS you buy a...
I got this myself. Its nice stuff. Made a pefect cake with the rounds and cookies always come out great on the sheet. Haven't used any of the other pieces
Can't justify upgrading from my Denon DVD-3800 till Blue Ray Comes out.
BTW i think there are better dvd players available for a cheaper price. Denon 3910, Panny S97
Well finally hooked up the Xbox. As expected hooked up with composite the video quality is ok. Its probably a little worse then playing on a nice non-hd tv. However if you got the component pack it looks pretty darn sweet hooked up 1080i.
Conlcusion: If you have this monitor and you don't buy...
Answer: When hooked up via component to HD box, it correcntly identified 480i and 1080i broadcasts. (either i don't have any 720p broadcasts or it didn't identify them. im leaning towards i don't have any)
Answer: No i don't have any of those.
DVDS that work = Ronin, Any burnt DVD ripped...
Well it depends on the movie. I strip my moves of all the menus and uneeded audio tracks. So i have just the movie and DTS (or dolby d if there is no dts track). Doing this there is no video quality loss for about half the films out there. For the other half, either buy dual layer dvds or you...
