Anyone been able to still find any live support link where you can speak to someone about your cashback account? At the moment I can't even access the e-mail link for some reason. The page just won't load.

The regular core 192 GTX 260 offers the best price/performance out of anything right now. There have been some great deals on it lately with rebate and the 216 is only showing a very few fps faster. The reviews I looked at showing it around 2-5 fps faster which doesn't quantify it's price over...
The Antec 1200 has some of the best cooling you'll find stock in a case. Better than the Cosmos and looks better as well IMO, especially since it has an all black interior. The HAF 932 has great cooling as well and isn't very loud either since it uses 230mm fans but I think it just looks...
Looks like you need to upgrade your Photobucket account AuDioFreaK39 :).
So how is the Patriot memory working out for you? I'm planning to go with the Corsair 3x2GB Dominator kit which is more expensive but I was considering the Patriot as well. I need to be convinced that the Patriot...
If going for two way SLI or a single card configuration and overclocking I would pick up the Asus P6T. It's a very solid looking board and it's been the most widely used by reviewers since the i7 launch so Asus will be on the ball fixing issues. Asus just released a new BIOS update that's...
I wish a lot more manufacturers would start doing this with expensive high-end components. The enthusiast sector deserves this kind of customer support when our $300 motherboard isn't working. We shouldn't have to be out of a computer for a week or two while the component is shipping to and fro.
I've installed mine three times now and while it's not the greatest of assemblies it works fine once the screws are all tightened down. Just line up the bracket the best you can on center and start tightening down each screw a little until all four are tight. The heatsink isn't going anywhere...
Cases made by manufacturers like Lian-Li and Silverstone are popular and also more expensive because the case material is high quality and they're well built for cooling performance. Cheaper flashy cases that "look good" are usually made of cheap plastic or heavy steel that makes the case weigh...
I ordered an e6600 over the weekend from ZZF for $235 and the first of the week it dropped like a measly $3 and I shot them an e-mail seeing if they would credit me the difference since I hadn't received it yet and they quoted their policy about how they don't do any price matching. If it had...
The most recent revision is 3.3. Rev 3.3 uses a 1333 FSB strap instead of 1066 on Rev 2.0. The 1066 strap has shown to actually perform better so that's why someone would go for the Rev 2.0 board.
When you removed the 920 did you remove the motherboard battery and clear the CMOS and then install the E6600? Try doing that again and leave the battery out for a while.
haha yea, I just remembered that. I was used to the AMD systems I had last year and only had a Core 2 Duo system for a few weeks. I've been on a laptop since but I just received my new parts to begin building a new desktop with an e6600.
If you cleared the CMOS and ensured that all your BIOS settings for your memory and other devices was what they should be in order to boot properly then your CPU might be bad. You could of even damaged it when you installed it by an ESD shock or possibly bending a pin. Did you check the pins on...
The DFI P965-S Dark is one of the best overclocking boards right now. It's only $139.99 too but hard to find in stock at the moment. I snatched one off Newegg a couple of weeks ago.
Have you had a chance to test your chip yet? I received the same stepping/week from ZZF today but won't be able to test until I get a graphics card for my new system.
The Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme with the right fan combo will by far offer the best cooling. In Anandtech's review it even bested the Tuniq Tower by a fair margin under load at high clocks. I received mine yesterday.
I've seen several users that received e6420's at xtremeystems that did not overclock very well. Check the threads in the Intel section. There were a few high overclocks though. I'd say the E6600 is still your best bet if you're going for maximum overclock.
You are trying to compare a standard 4:3 aspect 21" CRT to a 16:10 aspect widescreen LCD and they are completely different. Widescreen may not have the height of a standard 4:3 but because of the wider view it's much more natural to the human eye and you can spread out more applications on the...
If thats true then it will be the complete opposite of what Intel has been showing in slides and interviews up to this point. Intel plans were to be shipping around 20-25% Conroe based processors by the end of the 4th quarter. The slides also showed around 12% for the end of the third quarter...
Here a few weeks ago i started getting a crazy amount of spams in my gmail account. I was getting some before but now its like 100 a day at times although its slowed down some here the last week or so. I'm guessing most of it has originated because of the compromise at Blue Security. A couple...
I need to contact Citi and see about them lowering mine on my Shell Mastercard. Its the primary card i use for purchases because its 5% cashback on gas and 1% cashback on everything else and its an actual cashback thats applied to my account each month instead of just reward points like alot of...
I've done research into the performance aspects of multiple partitions vs a single large partition in the past and personally i prefer a single large partition at this point. If you are dual booting then you'll have to set up multiple partitions but if your only running a single OS then one...
At SVC the cost of a 3.5 gram tube of AS5 is $5.99. A 22 gram tube of Ceramique is $7.99. For $2 more your getting over 6x the amount of thermal compound.
Unless your going with an aftermarket cooler then you dont need to even bother with anything other then the stock thermal pad that is on the heatsink now. If your not overclocking it will be more then adequate. If your going to get an aftermarket cooler and thermal paste i would suggest Arctic...
I was wondering if anyone else gets the Dell SB monthly catalog? I get it monthly but mine got thrown away by someone and i could really use a coupon thats in it for an order i'm getting ready to place at Dell Small Business. The November issue should have a 20% off Electronics and Accessories...
I was looking at Sprint when i was decided what carrier to get here last month but when i was looking at their coverage it looked like it sucked in this area so i went with Cingular because of their wide coverage area here in Missouri and Arkansas and i got a cool Motorola V3 Razr for free :)...
What? Are you serious? It doesn't say that anywhere in the e-mail and i'm sure there will be other winners that dont do this. Why do i have to get it notarized? I'm not gonna do all that crap just to get a keyboard when i have too many already. What will happen if i just send it in without...
I guess i have to print out the form, fill it out by hand, and then scan it and e-mail or fax it back right? I can't just type out the information on the computer can I? Probably not since it wants my signature and i dont have any way of capturing a digital signature :P.
I just got an e-mail from customerservice@atihl2offer.com and it says i'm a winner in the ATI Colossal Conest. I seem to remember signing up for a contest on ATI's website a while back. Is this thing legit thoug? There is a form i have to fill out and e-mail or fax back to them and it asks for...
I would just pick up a free one with a 2 year contract. 2 years fly by pretty quickly and you can always pick up a new phone if the need arises on ebay or something after your first one year warranty on the phone runs out.
