Ya thats probably not related. But this sound problem is driving me crazy. I had to uninstall and reinstall AA 3 times yesterday to try to get rid of the sound problem. Thing is its also in BF2.
Hasn't anybody had similar problems? See, thing is I'm trying to avoid having to reformat my...
Well I would think thats a given because of the 2560x1600 resolution. But what I want to know is can any one confirm this supposed August release of information? For the BenQ I mean. =\
I've been waiting since march for some more news on the BenQ and the Samsung 30" hi res monitors. And if I don't get some new info soon I'm gonna freak! :|
In america's army its becoming almost inpossible to play because all of a sudden I'm hearing gun sounds in a continuous loop. Along with also weird clicking noises and static thats just about taken over the game.
And I have similar problems in battlefield 2. Yesterday in fact the game...
Dang nabbit to heck!!!
Please for da luv of gawd someone give me some info!!!
sorry for being so childish but I just can't stand the waiting any longer. :(
They said "Q4" it will be available but does anyone have any more information on this and any other new 30 inch high resolution (2560x1600) LCDs???
Thanks.
Dang nabbit! :(
Its not fast enough for me. They said february to begin with. Why the change? arghhhhh I need the card to run the 3007wfp when I buy it.
Wait, I want to understand this thing too with the evga step up program.
If I were to buy the G71 card coming soon (february maybe?) and then wait til late summer or fall for the G80 would I be able to "step up" and trade in the g71 card for the g80 card? It doesn't matter if I have to pay a...
I dunno, I might really still get it. Its just that it would be nice if the monitor could do double or triple duty.
We're power users here. And we like to get the most out of our products. Am I right or am I right? ;)
What would you do with hdmi?
Ok, I can get a directtv box with hdmi but then what? Would the hdmi connection on my pc have to be on the motherboard or a PCI card? I have the asus a8n-sli deluxe. Included in the package is a firewire connector. Is there anything I can do with that...
Hey could you do me a favor? I started a thread on this on dell's own forums site about the 3007wfp. Could you reply to the thread and help me tell Dell how we all feel about the too few connectors?
Dell forums: Whats your opinion on the 3007wfp???????????
Unless the Samsung 30 inch model coming soon turns out to be better.....I'm still going to get the Dell version. I think inputting other signals straight into the computer to be displayed into the monitor could be just as good an option as well.
And also, FOR GAWD SAKES SOMEBODY SPILL DA...
Ok, so how about an answer on how I can hook up directtv to my computer. If I can do that then the computer will display it to my 30 inch monitor....when i get it of course.
Ok I can live with the one dvi if I can do all that I want with it.
I can watch dvds through my pc no problem ok. But what if I wanted to watch directtv? Is there a way I can hook up directtv input straight to my computer? That way it will be able to be displayed on the monitor after some...
So how does this hdmi come into play? And what is it exactly? Is it a new type of connection? And what about using the monitor to watching other sources of input....say like my directtv?? I don't care what kind of connection does it but what can be done? :(
That does not make sense whatsoever!! I'm not talking about video cards here I'm talking about using this monitor as a tv. Just like you can on the 2405 which has dvi,s-video, and component.
Hello???
Ok,
now is it me or does the 3007wfp.....a 30 inch monster mind you.....has LESS connections than the smaller 24 inch?
Why wouldn't dell include component, and s-video on the 30 inch like they did for their 24 inch? Why wouldn't dell think we would want that on the 3007??????
Its just that I want to get the best card by the time I have the money for the new dell 3007wfp. Which will be around feb.
I'm hoping by then that the g71 cards will be available.
EDIT: Although, I wonder if the r580 will be a better bargain because of ATI's necessity to get their stuff...
Ok, as far as nvidia is concerned their next top of the line card will be based on the g71 correct? If so what will the budget cards 7200 and 7600 (if I'm correct) be based on what chip I mean?
I know that sometime in mid 2006 nvidia is rumored to come out with a multi-core gpu based video card based on a g80 chip. Whoa! :D
But before that will they come out with anything more powerful than the 7800 gtx 512mb? That card whatever it will be called is most probably what I will be...
Well your gonna have to wait til feb from what I've been hearing. They are gonna debut the 3007 first then the 2407 and 2007 after in feb. The 3007 itself is debuting on dec 21st. :)
EXCELLENT!! :D
Something told me to wait. I was heavily planning on getting the 2405fpw but I really wanted the apple 30 inch. But I hated apple for making it so expensive and so pc unfriendly. Even though I was excited bout the 2405 I still saw myself getting used to its size quickly...
As for the unit itself if the top resolution of the new dell 30 inch for 06 is 2500x1600 then great. At least it confirms that its going to be a high res monitor and not just a low res tv.
But as for games I would just lower the res to say maybe 1900x1200 I think that would still look good for...
Well....apple is selling their "one of a kind" 30 inch hi res monitor for around $2500.00. So if I can get a similar product for about what you said...$1500.00 then I would definately get it. Although I would go as high as $1700.00....maybe $1800.00. ;)
No problem there man I've got it covered.
I have a feeling that an nvidia 7800gtx will do the job. And if not certainly two of em in SLI. But from nvidia's site I think one will do. And this monitor will be more pc friendly than the apple 30 inch for sure.
But I want some...
