Yeah, I got an email that it shipped in early March, but it never showed up. Oh well, no big loss if it doesn't come. I downloaded the Express editions anyway.
I'm using Windows XP Pro. I have it installed on my older machine, which is an old 1.4 Ghz Athlon. The requirements say that is the minimum, but it is running pretty well so far. I may get a little more RAM for it though (I have 512 MB now).
I have MVP 2005 for the PS2. It is really good, but I bet another one is coming out. Didn't EA buy an exclusive contract? Or was that just for football?
People actually think Pinkerton was horrible? Wow....
I love Blue and Pinkerton. Green had some nice poppy songs, but didn't really last for me. I remember Maladroit had a couple of good songs. I mainly remember Keep Fishin'. It seemed like a lot was filler. All I've heard of the new...
I've had my 2005FPW for about three months now and have had absolutely no problems with it. I even checked for dead pixels and didn't find any. I absolutely love the thing.
You can get the system tray icon by going to the Plugins section in the Preferences windows. From there you can click on the System Tray Icon option. This causes Gaim to minimize to the system tray when you click the close button. Hope that helps.
I use WMP 10 and ffdshow for codecs, but I am thinking about trying out Real Alternative and Quicktime Alternative because I hate Quicktime and I refuse to install RealPlayer on my system.

It isn't just another WW2 FPS. It is very different from Call of Duty. In BiA you can't just rush an enemy's position. You HAVE to use flanking tactics. So far I am enjoying it, but it is getting hard towards the end. I would say it has some issues, but it is a definite step in the right...
I picked it up this morning. It's $37.99 at Fry's. I've played it for about two hours. So far it has been really impressive. I was a little wary after hearing a lot of the negative comments online. If you like your FPS with more strategy I would recommend it. I must say the graphics are a...
I've been really interested in this game since I watched that video you have posed above. Looks like it will be a lot of fun. I remember wishing Call of Duty was more like that when I was playing it.
I am guessing you are using Lucida Console, which I believe is the default. The 'l' looks like what you described in that font. Switch to a different font and see what you get (Format > Font).
