I have a file server that uses on old Gigabyte mobo and Intel Q6600. My current 2TB Seagate HDD is about to crap out and I am looking to upgrade the hard drive. I am wondering which setup I should do.
Would it be better to have 2 HDD (1 SSD for the operating system and a SSHD for the...
We (my wife and I) have Ford Escape with a balance in my name and a Chevy Silverado paid off. We are looking at trading the truck in for a car with better gas mileage.
What I would like to know is if there is any advantage to paying off the Escape and have a higher payment on the 2nd vehicle...
I am converting some mp3s to m4b.
Is there a general time I need to stay under for each file?
Is there a general file size that I need to stay under?

I am looking for a script to upload multiple files to S3 without using flash. Everything I have seen so far uses swf. Has anyone else had a need for this and if so, what was your workaround?

Problem 1:
In the morning when I crank, it will take a few time to catch. Upon starting I get a TON of white smoke. Quite embarrassing living in the inner city. The smoke last about 10 seconds then quits.
Problem 2:
After it stops smoking it will idle, but...
I have a user who was just moved from Office 2003 to Office 2007 in the past few months and she has come in the past few days saying that her saves aren't saving when she does File>Save or click the disk or hitting Ctrl-S.
The file is saved on a server and I have backups, but she makes so...

I shared a subfolder under contacts on computer A's computer who runs Outlook 2003. Computer B runs Outlook 2007. I have the sharing permissions set to reviewer on the subfolder and 'folder visible' checked in the subfolder. I go to add the shared contacts on computer B and I get the root...
I have searched and haven't come up with anything. I am looking for a site that can take a cell number and tell you what network it comes from. Preferably one that takes porting into account. Does such a thing exist?
Has anyone had any experience with doing a live interview or live podcast over a wireless cell service (VZW, Sprint, AT&T, etc.)? If so, how was your experience with it? A friend is needing to go on location to do an interview where there is no internet coverage and wants to broadcast it live...
If I am using a Blackberry with GV, do I need to get a text plan through Verizon when I'll be sending my SMS through GV? Or does Verizon charge for the luxury of sending SMS regardless of where it is coming from?
Wifey and I went up there for the weekend and upon check I see that we got a sales tax and a hotel tax. Is this normal for Washington or did we get served?
It mainly happens when the engine is cold, but when the engine hit the higher rpm's I hear a ticking sound that (to me) most resembles hitting a wrench against a solid piece of metal. It doesn't happen as often when the engine warms up. Any ideas on what it could be?
I hate leaving the rest room with my pants splattered. Assuming it is a standard urinal and not one that goes to the ground (those are the best), where should one aim?
This is a follow up to a thread I posted last week. I have an 8 mile stretch that I want to try to connect and I want to get someone with knowledge to help with this. Who would that person be? I mean who are the people who specialize in this sort of thing? What are they called; wireless experts?
I have checked and quotas aren't enabled. Why would the drive size be different when viewing through a mapped drive than viewing on the server? Shadow copy has its own separate physical drive.
Where did you get your plans? If online, can you post a link? How long did it take? What skill level would you say would be needed to complete?
Thanks!
I've got a farm that I'm trying to beam an internet connection to from town. I have a water tower on the farm that should provide clearance and have another antenna in town. My question is about equipment. I'll just be shooting a DSL connection out there, but wanted to know if anyone had...

Lets say I have an edible product that I want to sell in grocery stores. Does it have to be certified by the FDA or some other government or 3rd party for me to sell in the grocery store? Does the same apply for selling at a farmer's market? If not, why?

I had a friend just tell me I need to "ax someone" about something. While I think it is hokey to type like that I think users must actually know what they are truly typing in order to type like that. When you speak like that I think you are either being lazy with your grammar or trying to be...
The company I work for has a construction branch that are constantly having high quality photos made of their locations and I was wondering what ways others catalog their cd-r/dvd-r's for keeping track of them. Do you dump them onto a HDD or use some sort of check out system?
At the moment...

Thanks
