I have a Sparkle GTX 460 768mb that I picked up last summer. Microcenter has them now for $149-40 MIR ($109 + tax). I know the 460 768mbs are no longer produced and store supply will dry up soon.
I am torn between getting another one and doing GTX 460 SLI for another $109 or selling my...
Hey all. I have just ordered the components for a Phenom II X3 710 system, and was wondering if anyone knows what the minimum power supply requirements are. AMD's site has a system builder's guide, but the power supply section is blank.
What I have now is a Antec Sonata with Antec 380w...
I've prowled around a little on here and people seem to love the Opteron 165 if you're still on socket 939. But I did a little comparision shopping on Newegg, and the X2 3800 is faster at stock speed and a lot cheaper.
x2 3800 (oem) 2.0ghz $64
Opteron 165 (retail) 1.8ghz $96

If you live in an area that has Micro Center's (like Dallas) they have 50 pack cdr spindles for 9 bucks. You can choose 74 or 80 minute media (gee let me think real hard about that one). They are white surface, blue dye unmarked.
We use these at work and they are at least as good as any other...
Anyone seen a place in the US that sells 90 or 99min cdr's? Every place I've seen on the web was overseas or wanted too much money or were for bulk orders.
thx:D
I've been wondering about the new 12x and 16x burners. I currently have a Teac 58s scsi 8x and I seem to have problems reading the cd's on other systems if I burn at 8x. 6x seems ok. Most noticible are games that install slowly or play movies or other intros, they skip a lot and the cd-rom...
Mwave Link
That link is to all of their DVD kits, can't link directly to one item on Multiwave's site. It's a short list, just look for the $99 one.

Too bad these things don't come with remotes, oh well.
For what...
