With the 60's you should be able to match either, i would probably go with the CS2 (it's the center that i have... just waiting on some 60's or 70's)
you have to remember that the 60's still have the smaller drivers like the cs10
No, that is what it requires if you pay off your cards, and spend ...responsibly...
with the American way, this is easily possible... look at all the new toys you get to buy.
they will have the black ones at this price eventually, they always do, they rotate these polk prices around a lot, but put them on special quite a bit, it is worth waiting for these sale prices to build a surround system though, it seems like they never have all the speakers on sale at the same...
I have two of these at home (although i think mine are the 200 disc version), and they are great. much better then the other "cheap" cases you buy out there.
Realize also that these are Polarized lenses, which cost a lot more regular (note: still a lot of money for sunglasses, i know) the non-polarized lenses are in this pricerange regular, so it is almost a free upgrade to polarized lenses
New daily deals up:
ID Super Pack $23.79
Left for Dead 2 $33.49
Serious Sam The first Encounter: $9.99
Need For Speed Shift $37.49 (be sure to check ea's stackable coupons before buying from here)
Footbal Manager 2010 $29.99
go to bing, click one of their tigerdirect links with bing cashback.
Shop like normal at tiger direct. You can add a bunch of items then like you normally would, without having to go back to bing after each item.
you might try bing cashback with that as well.
If anything it might cancel the bing, but because it was paid for through another service, it might work. I have heard that jr.com orders let you stack the amazon and bing cashback so far
just use the checkout with amazon payphrase and it will give you 10% cashback.
I got an e-mail about this, and a pop-up appeared on their website for me
Why does their website suck today... barely wanted to load, now when you go to place the order "the sale has not launched yet"... if they are sold out, it would be nice to just have a note about that...
otherwise 2 will be coming my way...
Sorry to those of you who got cancelled,
But a dumb question for those who have this card, what is the best way to run individual dual monitors with this card? should i just get an hdmi to DVI converter, or would a DVI splitter work off of the single dvi port?
They change these prices almost daily it seems like, the cherry was $129 for awhile, i see they also made the cherry monitor 50s !99 for awhile to, even though they were at 99 for the longest time.
About the same price as normal.... the cs1 center speakers are lower then the usual $99, but occasionally they are on sale for $66.99. (now 69.99)
monitor 50's $87.99, reg (99.99) often on sale for less...
Decent prices still, but not far off what newegg normally sells them for
Add this to the things i don't really need but bought anyways.....
Now to do the electric tape mod to my Q6600 and have some more fun with games...
I just hope my power supply is up to it all now
What did you think of the step from 50s-60s?
(i hate to say it but from what i hear, the step to 70's is suppose to be pretty good, especially considering the 4 drivers...) But if you like what you have....
If you are looking to round out a surround sound set, they have the CS1 center speaker on sale also: (this would be a good sound match, but if you are using the monitor 70's, and the monitor 40's for surround, you may want the Cs2 with bigger speakers to match them)...
I believe they have actually been discontinued for a little while, i think newegg (and lots of others) still have a stock of them, the TSi line replaced them essentially the same speakers 2x the price
Polk Audio still sells "refurbished" ones on their eBay store
I really want to jump on...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...E3A-_-82290015
use coupon code EMCMMMV33
$169 Each
This is a great price for these speakers, i have been watching the lesser monitor 50 and 60's ($99 and $120 respectively) and these seem well worth the extra money.
They normally sell at newegg...
This is a great series, well worth $13, bought 2, one for a gift, one for myself...
Then happened to the clearance section where i found a new 7.1 receiver that i didn't really need, but was a good price.... so why not?
So 2 Firefly sets, $26 + discounted receiver (Yamaha RX-V863) $350...
They have this at the Tucson AZ store on Wetmore. Just too bad you can only get two per address. $1 per quart is worth stocking up on for any oil, let alone full synthetic
Wow, i forgot how quickly this hobby gets expensive, I used to be into it when i was younger, and just bought a Monster GT (partially because this thread reminded me how much i enjoy it) but Whew, can the $$$ add up quick, even being the bargain hunter i am, so many little $20 parts i want that...
90 days is plenty to learn the basics and get enough knowledge to list Solidworks on a Resume, if you are an engineer, or anybody who does 3d design, i would recommend trying it. Heck if you only know Pro-E or inventor, it's worth checking out Solidworks for 90 days to see what is different...
