The two models under discussion are now available in capacities of 240 and 256GB capacities respectively (or the other way around) which is essentially about the same size; and for about the same price.
The Samsung seems to be substantially faster than the Intel in most catagories, no?
Hi Christian,
That Kingston HyperX you suggest costs $160 for 16G; but the Kingston HyperX blu I am asking about was on sale for $70 with $30 worth of mail in rebates for a final cost of $40 (for the 1333.) For that difference, I'm willing to put up with a little extra work.
The rebates...

Can the subject motherboard work with the subject memory modules?
Neither Asus nor Kingston specifically recommends this use pairing.
The Kingston HyperX line is designed to provide extreme performance and be overclockable. I don't think I'll be overclocking the memory though.

With businesses, reliability and minimal downtime are usually key issues.
Does anybody else have any problems with the front headphone jack working while the speakers are plugged into the back?
I want to be able to use a headset for Pal Talk and Skype, etc.
The only problem with that is the H67 mobos that support the integrated graphics don't support overclocking the CPU. If you don't care about OC'g, that would work.
Hi.
Is that an issue for all H67 mobos, or just the one you bought?
If all, is there any timetable for getting it fixed?
PS: Edited my top post to note desired uses and that gaming capability is not required.
Is there a way to set a preference so that whenever I make a post, it is automatically arranged that I get email notifications of replies?
Currently, for each thread I want notifications of, I have to go to Thread Tools and Subscribe.
Thanks.
Are there any H67 motherboards with dual DVI output?
I've seen a bunch with one DVI and one D-Sub output.
Isn't DVI better?
I have a D-Sub connection on an existing computer and it won't even allow me to up the resolution past 1280 or something like that.
I desire at least 1980 x 1200 on at...
