Guys thanks for your support. I returned the board back to the merchant for testing.
@bankster55: I tried with the support DVD but it couldn't load the bios as it was before. The problem is that I cannot boot to anything. So the problem wasn't that I couldn't flash the bios but I couldn't...
Hi Guys,
Here is a strange problem that I encountered yesterday with my new ASUS P8P67 deluxe.
The board had a very old BIOS (05xx If I remember well) and wanted to update to the 1053 Beta BIOS. I downloaded the file from Asus web site and saved it to the hard drive. I then entered the BIOS...
It depends on the shop where you bought it. Some they replace you HDD immediately but some other they check the drive and if they don't find problems on it they return it back to you.
It's 90% your PSU that is causing you problems. If you plan to buy a new one try not to save money on it and buy a decent PSU. PSU is the most important component of the computer and you must be sure that it does its job right.
Yuo can start by readoing an introductory book to android like this http://www.amazon.com/Hello-Android-...2847719&sr=1-2
So to cover everything you will need for developing apps.
This is the best thing you can do and have both OSes to the same machine. I also want to try this some day but I don't know what is going to happen with the different file systems. I mean Windows 7 use NTFS but MAC OS X use another file system right? So when running MAC what happens with the...
I think it is better to check for parts the time that SB will be ready to buy. New computer components hit the shelves nearly every day. Maybe you can find better deals then.
Hey guys I have also a bottleneck question...
I own a Saphire 4870x2 card and a C2D E6600 @ 3.4GHz. Do you think that the card can offer more with a better CPU?
I am not saying that I am not a victim of marketing but as you say "all false" then LED Backlit perfroms the same as a conventinal LCD...

I would say that maybe is a driver related problem. As you said you tried repairing and nothing changed. It can also be something with WIndows registry. Try a tool like tune up utilities to check for software related problems. If that don't work check also your memory with a memtest to ensure...
Well I guess that you should buy it. LED displays offers more vivid colors than simple LCD because they have the option to turn on or off the backlight resulting to better presentation of dark colors.
I have TT Armor and I am very satisfied with it. HDDs can easily be removed and also there are many places where you can hide cables for haveing a decent air flow. The only part I don't like is that I want more hard disk 3.5" bays.
Something must touch and may create a shortcircuit. Try to start your computer on an angle position and as it works revert it slowly to its original vertical position.
I use Seagate's drives for over 10 years and none failed during all these years. Instead I encountered more dead WD drives with my customers. Of course there are more WD drives out there as they promote them more so you cannot end up to a clear conclusion. I understood though that HDDs have the...
You can also check other memory manufacturers such as crucial or G.skill. 6 GB would be enough. I always prefer manual settings as I want to control things. The lower the latency the better performance. It's a matter of budget mainly. Usually lower latency high performance dimms cost many...
I believe that 8 GB RAM are just too much and won't benefit you as you expect. Though if you find a good deal why not buying? But It would be better to stay at a 2 stick configuration instead of just adding another 2x2GB. If I was you I would buy a new RAM kit or I would stay with the one I...
Heatspreaders are just an overkill that improve the looks of the RAM. Unless you try to burn the modules by overvolting they do not play important role.
