I have a Logitech X540 and the plug for the center speaker produces a buzzing noise. The subwoofer is where the speakers plug into. I plugged the side speakers into the center speaker plug and they produced the buzzing noise. So it is something going on with the center speaker plug or something...
btw I pulled the power on my cable modem, unplugged the coaxil and pulled the power on my router. Waited a few minutes and plugged everything back in. Didn't help.
