Ditto here as well - both the online portion as well as my Android app said I'd get 3GB for activating camera roll uploading but I got another 15gb for 30GB total.
Got mine a while back - yesterday got an offer for between double and triple ebay bucks (depending on the amount spent) for any purchase yesterday or today. Took advantage and bought some stamps cheap (which we needed) and got free ebay bucks to boot.
You don't actually have to pay for stuff with your AmEx - it just has to be setup as your default payment method when you shop directly through them. You can change your payment method at checkout (just don't use the fast checkout option) and it's no problem.
We had their 30/5 speed and tried 3 different modems that TW supplied - with every one we would lose the signal about 5 times and hour. Finally had to step back down to the 15/2 speed with the earlier modem. Never get disconnections with that. They redid all the wiring from the pole all thru...
I've had Ooma for just over 4 years, so we got in before they added the taxes, and we're grandfathered in with NO fees monthly. We have saved so much on our now "free" landline, even over vonage that we used before. Only restriction is we can't upgrade to their latest hardware without losing...
Actually their losses wouldn't be nearly as bad if they weren't forced to prepay their pension costs for 75 years unlike most other government agencies....
If you don't care about the League of Legends add-on skin, it's cheaper at both BestBuy.com($29.99) and Amazon.com ($33.50), both also with free shipping:

The owner of Buckyballs was on the radio yesterday. According to him the CPSC is trying to get his stuff off the market, but so far they are still able to sell - but some retailers have pulled their products. They think it's govt. interference and over-reaching so they are fighting back. I...
I am also a happy Ooma customer. We were early adopters so we actually don't even pay the taxes - we joined before those were implemented. We do not fax, however so I cannot speak to whether or not that is possible. We do use the phone quite a bit tho and it is indistinguishable from a land-line.
I JUST registered for it a couple minutes ago (like 11:27am Eastern time)....
Wish I'd known I could have skipped the CC number thing tho....
*EDIT*
I was able to go into the settings and set it for DO NOT auto-renew. At least that's an improvement.
I think I used them once several years ago - perhaps on a WOW expansion pack. Key worked, but who knows how legit it was.
I agree I'd stay away from them if there are other similarly priced options available.
My situation is same as TXHokie. We bought this about 2 yrs ago now and so we're grandfathered in without any taxes, so I haven't paid a dime for the home phone for local and long distance service since we got it. It paid for itself in a couple months, and quality is the same as we had on...
My dad is in his 70's and loves it. He's on a couple of meeting groups and serves as secretary. Records everything on his mp3 pen, then uses that to help him make the meeting notes. Then he dictates to Dragon. Takes a bit to teach it to recognize you, and you have to still watch for...
Hey, this place has 'em on sale for $107....

Never heard of 'em either.
Probably just as reliable. (not!)
Thanks for posting this - I ordered the mouse yesterday and talked to customer service today to see if they could apply this code. They couldn't give me a direct discount, but they gave me a GC good for 90 days for the same amount. That'll work!
You can port your existing number if you sign up for one of their yearly plans, or for $40 (I think) if you don't. That's what our family did as we had a very simple to remember number. It took them a bit to get it ported, but no problems after that and we haven't paid a cent for home phone in...
Did they change these to institute a monthly charge? We have one from about 18 mo ago and other than the original $230 or so to buy it, we haven't paid a dime for having it since then....free phone!
I had flagged this item back when I was shopping for a processor. Got it a few weeks ago for $199.99 which was quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else. Just got a notice it's down to $179.99 now. Can't order online - have to visit one of their B/M stores. Hope this helps someone who is...
It's been a couple years since I last built a PC and it's time to do it again.
My current PC is in an Antec 900 case. I like it, but the drive management isn't the easiest when the drive bays are all full, and either I missed out on the cable management, or it doesn't really exist, so my box...
