could any of the NH-D14 users post their screenshot with case open?
my default setting is 3.7Ghz with i7 2600k, temp never excess 42 degrees under full load with AID64 cpu stress test. ROOM TEMP is around 20 degrees
i haven`t try anything greater than 3.7Ghz as I don`t play games
I have finally replaced my old i7 2600K stock fan with NH-D14.
My first impression with NH-D14 is, wow it is a big guy when the sales hand it over to me. It cost me 90AUD in sydney. but I am very happy with its performance.
anyway, back to the topic, I shouldn`t worry much about the way it...
it is not just ROPS, the unlocked card has better spec then a standard HD6850, think about the performance of 6790 and HD6850.
It will probably as good as HD6870 if cooling isn`t a problem, but we will have to see until the bios is released to the public and do a full benchmark test.
a chinese hardware website post a successful unlocked ATI HD6790 (flashed BIOS)
based on the unlocked information is far better than HD6850

It is this normal for the GPU usage? v113 ATI Driver
my card is under full load and windows7 would pop up to suggest...
I had exactly same problem until i reapply the thermal paste.
you didn`t fit your stock cooler right and thermal paste must be re apply at correct size
does anyone know if memory is stressed at max Mhz would lower the life span of video card?
I am sure there are people using dual or 3 monitors like myself and operates at 24/7 a day.
if you are able to lower the memory cloak during idle on dual monitor setup, that would be less power/heats. but...
after removing second monitor cable attached to the video card, the GPU-Z has reported that GPU is idle at 100 and Memory cloak 300.
So dual monitor is the reason that causing memory cloak maxed at 1000Mhz.
I think this also explains why I have burned my ATI9800PRO/6800GT/6600GT, I have been...
thanks everyone,
I have done a tons of research and many of them reported that has something to do with CCC profile.
here is the a list of software that I have used:
easy tune6 comes with my gigabyte ud3r-b3 motherboard
AMD Software Suit
GPU-Z
AIDA64
I have done NOTHING to tweak any setting...
accidently turned on overdrive, memory clock still hitting 1000mhz when idles
edit: also I turned off my second LCD and the idle temp isn`t changed much , still around 50 C-55C
when I play worldofwarcraft, it hits around 58C though.
I also played the mannul fan control and adjusted to...
my sapphire hd 6850 idle temperature is a bit high
I was holding the plastic fan cover few times and during the installation, would that be the problem that i have lap the heatsink?
i really like
Cooler Master HAF 932 High Air Flow ATX Full Tower Case Black for its price though

excellent , I like it. Now I just need to know the highest or safest i can go to OC my 2600k with 212+. It will probably very chip dependable for OC though, regardless,Thanks everyone!
I am currently have 3x cpu HSFs for my 2600k,
1.the lowprofile stock fan comes with cpu
2. 1366 tower fan that appear on most of sandy bridge reviews
3. CM 212+
any suggestions? I would only use choice of 2 or 3 though, but I don`t really want to mount both and find out which one is better.
I have narrowed down to 3 650w units they are all modular units.
Corsair CMPSU-650HX 650W 185.85NZD
Antec TruePower New Series 650W 192NZD
Thermaltake Evo Blue 650W 194nzd
it turns out that corsair would be my choice.
according to my setup up , I think 650w should be the best as i don`t...
This unit cost about 110usd in newzealand, well at least that is the price i bought.
what do you guys suggest for my spec? I doublt I will go crossfire , so 650w is plenty for me.
the price for antec truepower 650w and Corsair TX650 are close, I would probably just pick up one of them instead...
Recently I bought this PSU and I heard a lot negative feedbacks on it. The unit I have is still factory sealed, has anyone here using the GX series PSU without a problem?
I read on some review and know the noise level is too high for the gx series and it may damages your compontents while under...
