OK, So I'm getting i7 980X this week. I'm a noobie in OC and my understanding is that to OC, I only have to change multiplier & vcore. I don't plan on OC'ing memory... planning on using XMP for memory (Corsair CMG6GX3M3A1600C7).

I'm going to be buying either Intel Core i7-975 or Intel Core i7-980. I prefer to buy the i7-975 but if the difference in price is not much... then I'll buy the i7-980.
