Refund of about $2k last year. Have to pay $2k this year. The SALT cap at $10k kills me since I pay $11k in property taxes. I think I had something like $45k in deductions last year.
Not going to be what you want to hear but...pay off your credit cards. NOW. Wait on getting a bike. I know you want one, but with your crap credit score and young age you should be concentrating on getting that cleaned up.
Get the cards paid off, save cash and maybe get a bike next year when...
My 10 year old wants us to be at the airport 3 hours early next week so we have time to enjoy the lounge.
No lounge access (such as me being stuck flying american), then I show up about an hour early.
And yes, TSA pre-check is nice. Only place where the lines are still somewhat long is MCO.
Tell them that and tell them you can't get a loan. Maybe you can renegotiate to a longer payment plan.
With not much credit or collateral, you are going to take it on the chin with the interest rate and end up paying significantly more.
I won't find out until my boss texts me in the morning. If we are open, I'm taking a PTO or asking if I can work from home. Not messing with the commute.
That was on Tuesday just from that one buy. It's dipped back to where I bought in. Which means I just bought bit more. I should just buy in every month instead of trying to time the market, but it's a long term hold I don't plan on touching for at least a decade.
Cancun end of March with wife and kid.
Punta Cana end of April with just the wife.
Maybe a road trip out towards yellowstone this summer. Haven't planned that far ahead yet.
Costa Rica is also a possibility.
I connected through Dublin in August. No food past the pre-clearance. The business class at the end of the corridor also stinks. I think you can pay to get in - I'd be pissed if I paid.
Oh and you can't bring food beverage through the US customs queue since you have to clear another security...
And the tasting was thimble sized. Quite pathetic and a waste of time.
There are some really nice pubs in Dublin that are worth checking out.
The Brazen Head is cool - oldest pub in Dublin and quite quaint.
I've never spent more than 3 days there. Just bar hop.
Don't do the kind of work that allows me to give preferential treatment to anyone since everything I do is regulated.
I am posting here though, which may technically be against some rule buried in the internet usage policy.
$250 on vacation because the surf grabbed the pair I was wearing. Wasn't about to suffer 6 days on the beach without good polarized glasses.
Spend twice as much as I should have, but that's the penalty for losing my shades where I did.
If you are all on the same reservation you will all get pre-check.
At least it worked for me that way 2 months ago.
Had another non related family on my itinerary and they all had pre-check on their boarding passes (was really helpful at MCO).
2015 Infiniti Q50 awd with about 33,000 miles on it.
Wife drives a 2014 Infiniti QX60 hybrid with about 40,000 miles on it.
Both paid for.
I get the itch every now and then to look into something totally impractical like the miata rf. I commute about 50 miles a day. Living in the chicagoland...
United on Monday for me. First flight of the day so this way if there are any issues, I at least have a better chance of standby.
My last flight with them earlier this year was cancelled - so that bad luck is out of the way.
Oh yea. I put a vortex SPARC AR red dot on it. Once zeroed in, at my indoor ranges 25 meters limit it is comically accurate even firing as fast as possible.
Last time I got yelled at I pulled the target in, showed them the grouping and asked why it was an issue since all 25 rounds were within...
$400 for the M&P Sport II is a really good price.
I bought the 22LR version for that price last year. Fun toy at the range (until I get yelled at for rapid firing).
THIS. Never do a roadside test. Wait until they take you to the station and then do the test.
source - good friend who is a cop.
You are hoping that if you are DUI then there was no probable cause to have pulled you over. If you do a roadside test, then that test becomes the probable cause...
My old man goes to Hines. He has nothing but good things to say about it. He is considered 90% disabled by the VA due to both physical and mental injuries sustained in combat. He also refused to go to the VA for 40+ years after he was released from service.
Loyola does not have the capability...
Enrolled my kid in one years ago. 100% zero religion involved. Was a good revenue source for the church, which was not involved at all in preschool. They just provided the space.
Wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Just ask the preschool if there is any religious involvement.
I know it's an old thread, but it seems the cleaning lady at my office forgot the clean the urinals and someone decided to get a haircut over one. Just appalling.
Maybe I should have posted this in the first world problems...
Vanguard brokerage account where you should be picking ETF's. Don't think they have any target date funds, however there are a lot of choices. I stick with VTI and VYM for the brokerage side of things.
What about openvpn on my router? Or am I better off with a paid service like PIA? I have on average about 13 connected devices on my router (computers, phones, tv's, tablets).
Ordered a 70" tv from Sam's Club about 2 years ago. Delivery people unpacked it and set it up and made sure it worked with no defects before leaving. They also took all of the packaging. Figured if something went wrong I could always take it to Sam's for a refund.
Place you ordered from do...
I buy my extract kits from: http://www.homebrewing.org/
Decent prices in my opinion for the beginner kits.

I'm not a big fan of the glass carboy's. Too much of a pain in the ass to clean. I stick with the plastic pails.
Can't...
Wife and I will be in Cancun in a few weeks.
Then full family to Disney in June.
Then just me to Belgium & Sweden in August for a class reunion.
I'm sure I will squeeze in another family trip somewhere.
