    Fallout 4 SLI fix.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hE-73NmcW8I This method seems to work for me, running 980ti's. With the other method that's been floating around, I would get good scaling in some parts, and performance that was worse than single GPU in others. This way seems to get me proper scaling in...

    Dual Monitors and DSR

So i've been playing around with DSR some on my 780's, and I also have dual monitors. It doesn't behave in a way I find acceptable. example: I'll have both monitors set at 1440p for regular desktop use, and I'll have the Afterburner hw monitor panel open on my 2nd screen. Then I launch Wow...

    8 gig 980's?

how soon will we see them? With games claiming to need 6 gigs already, it seems like a bad idea to get anything less.

dual GPU, dual monitor configuration (for non gaming)

Is there a performance benefit to having a single GPU drive each monitor? I have 2 1440p IPS screens, the main one being 120hz being driven by dual 780's. Should i connect both screens to one GPU, or one to each? This is purely for windows desktop/web browsing performance. I don't plan to...

Anyone with an AMD card using Displayport?

Quick question; does using DP enable the pixel format options in CCC? They are there with HDMI but not with dual link. The monitor I'm using is 1440p, but the 6950 that's driving it can't do that resolution with HDMI (though the monitor does support it)

    Vertex 4?

I was thinking about getting a couple of the 128 gig Vertex 4's, but I was wondering if there are any better drives out there in the same price range?

    7970 vs 680 overclocking

Is there a consensus about which of these cards is the better overclocker? I'm about to build a new rig, and I want whichever card is going to be the absolute fastest when pushed to its limits. Is it probably best to wait and see what the's GE cards can do?

NZXT Phantom vs Rosewill THOR V2

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146068 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811147053 I'm gonna be doing a new build next month and I've got everything but the case figured out. Honestly, the Phantom looks a little better to me, but my problem is that from what I've...

When will we see the rest of Nvidias lineup?

Any word or rumors of when we'll see the 670 and 660 Ti?

    remote GPU temperature monitoring

I don't know if this is the best place to ask, but I am seeking a program that I can put on multiple computers and be able to track my system temps (namely GPU temps) over the internet or network. Thanks

Random resets with new graphics cards

Here are my relevant system specs: i7 930@ stock speed ASUS P6X58D-E Thermaltake thoughpower 1000w PSU. I've had an 8800 GTS in it since I got it about a year ago, haven't had any issues. I purchased 2 6950's and this is what it's doing to me: With both cards in and crossfire enabled, my...

does voltage matter if temps are low?

I have an alienware laptop with a qx9300 (quadcore, 2.53ghz) that i just got. The stock voltage is 1.165, i can overclock it to 3.33 by bumping the voltage to 1.325. The temps are good, only one core broke 50c after playing SC2 for about an hour. I know that upping the voltage can reduce...

why are my temps so high?

Just got a new rig from ibuypower with an i7 930 cooled by a Cooler Master v8. Everything I've read says the Cooler Master is a good cooler, but under load @4ghz im getting temps close to 90c. vcore is only at 1.235. wtf is going on? What I've read says my temps should be closer to 70c...

Palin would use hollow talking points to secure border!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dlZwM-eZkA It's easy to spew simple, idealistic, talking points. Anytime anyone presses this woman at all for any sort of specifics or details she fails hardcore. Even when its people that are on her team.

How do you know of a screen is wide gamut?

Im in the market for an lcd screen, but I think i'd like to avoid a wide-gamut screen. How the hell do i even tell which ones are or aren't wide gamut?

Best 1080p/ 24 inch TN display.

$300 max. Mostly for games. I'd actually prefer 1920x1200 but it seems like the only ones still around have been out for a while. Is anyone making a newer model 1920x1200 TN display?
