My relative has an external drive for backup. However I like to make an image of all my drives and especially for close family too so I don't have to reinstall everything all over again. They don't want to spend $100-200 on a SSD. So I gave them a choice of an Adata S510 SSD 120GB drive for $99...
My parents have had their Sata hard drive for a few years. I do make an image of the drive (in an internal mobile rack using Acronis) and in addition also backup their data for them on another external drive.

Or should we go up to the 430 watt power supply?
Or a different brand name?
I plan to purchase a Seagate Momentus XT 750gb ST750LX003 hybrid hard drive.
I'd like to find out if a 6gb/s sata hard drive will work in an older 2006 Core Duo Macbook with 1.5gb/s Sata?
I need at minimum a 320gb hard drive. An SSD would be too expensive and my current drive (Seagate...

I'm trying to decide whether to get a P67 or an H67 board.
If I get a P67 I do plan on upgrading to a better GPU than the 9600GT. Not right away though. Or I could just get an H67 board and use the onboard graphics.

Thanks

Help please.
I'm trying to figure out which is better a Pentium 4 1.7 Ghz or a Sempron 2500
I currently have a P4 1.7 and need to either buy another board ($40-60) or sell the P4 (for around $40-50) and get a sempron 2500 board combo (about $87).
I don't want to spend much as you can see.
I need to replace my parents current motherboard. I want to keep the cpu and heatsink. The heatsink came with the cpu in a retail box. Is there any reason why I should not use this heatsink/fan?
