lol. Well, I actually bought the full pack, so looking forward to making some time to play with these. Watched the vids and looks like there's a good community for this. I've always wondered how I would get characters and monsters if I were to make a game since I can't draw.
Do you know of...
I believe it's something like there's 10 pieces to a file and 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 goes to drive 1 and 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 goes to drive 2. Probably more complex than that, but it splits the file into both drive.
Once it's picked up, it's out of Newegg's hands. Everything, including online status updates, are up to the shipping carrier. UPS attempted delivery yesterday, but online still says it's en route. I'm picking it up today...we'll see...
I'm assuming it has to be quad core? I've use SMP on dual cores before and have never gotten anything close to that. Not to mention complete one in about 12 hours...
OT: I don't want to create a new thread just to ask this, but does anyone know how one would get 6k points with 3 work units (not talking about ppd)? I simply can't understand what kind of work unit would give 2k points...! GPUs are around the 500 or less range, CPUs vary drastically (I keep...
Without mod I only get 650 stable. At 1.2V, I still only get 650 stable. All with AS5 applied, max fan, and open case for cold air. Runs at about 53C full load, but no go on higher overclock. Can't even get 675 stable (very disappointing). The sink is definitely poorly done - very rough.
Well I mean you can do a hex edit to change the values beyond 1.1V. For the "Exact Mode" tab, I don't know which voltage goes to which for default values. I mean, I think it is 0.95V for the "2D", and each step up is 0.05V more until max 1.1V for "Extra". I wish someone could confirm this...
I've been going through a lot of reading material about bios modding it, but from what I've seen, there is only an option of 1.1V max, which I believe is what the card is already set to. Temp isn't the problem since I leave the case open while testing and it never get close to 60C.
Would to...
Small size for lans? I beg to differ. I would love to get this case, but not at this time. At 17.1" high and 21 pounds, it's about the same size as other mid tower ATX cases. Would be difficult to lug around.
That's unfortunate for you. Perhaps you don't know how to get proper help. I, for one, have had exceptional help from Dell through both the online chat and on the phone. The XPS customer service is even better.
While there's a lot of discussion over performance and battery "saving", I believe the noise factor and stability plays a role in purchasing SSDs as well. If you move your laptop a lot, no-moving parts is good. Also, my hard drive is loud and I just want it to be quite sometimes.
This deal/coupon is months old I think. Looks like they decided to make some extra cash on their recent increase in price. Might as well go elsewhere! http://www.semsons.com/vivgblgpsref.html
Is it just me or does that link to a....4GB USB memory STICK? We're discussing Pro DUO memory cards here.
OP - Good price! What's the speeds on this though? My 2GB one from Sandisk seems a bit slow.
When I got my first and only Ultra case, I had no idea that when people said the case wasn't thick, I didn't realize that barely touching it would bend the case (not permanently, I mean just bend inward slightly and back out). Personally, I was quite disappointed by the build quality overall...
I ordered one correctly when it was in stock last week and got a confirmation. I got an email just now saying it's out of stock and they cancelled my order (yes, even though they said it was in stock LAST week). Man, and I thought I was able to finally get one... Scratch that off the gift...
I'm sorry I can't read through the whole thread right now (forgot glasses), but does your credit rating/score drop per request? This is a "hard" inquery, no?
Forgive my lack of credit-report-knowledge. Actually, one of my old professor's laptop got stolen a few months ago and it had several...
Couldn't you just use a one-time CC number? I know Discover has them and I use them all the time online (actually, I use it every time online), including Google Checkout and PayPal. I don't see how they could pass on CC info if it's only allowed for that one specific company you give it to...
