    This definitely isn't a repackaged Pioneer seeing as Pioneer makes -R drives. My guess is that it's a rebadged NEC 1100A

    bought a mac ipod on saturday night. formatted it for windows with a program called winniepod updater in a matter of minutes. you really have nothing to worry about when it comes to the conversion.
