Ive tried everything mentioned, and still nothing. Is there a way to test and see if the mobo is bad?

After some more test, i swapped out the ram and vid card w/ my current computer and both of them work fine.

I took out all the extra stuff, still nothing, I took out the battery, p/s, and jumper, still nothing. I tried reversing the speaker, still nothing. I read through th manual again, and it seems like the jumpers are correct, I just left them in the default position.

This is my first time building a computer and Im having problems. I took my time and tried to hook everything up right, but according to the manual when it first boots I should hear a beep, which I dont. Also, nothing is displayed on my monitor other then "no sync input" which is the same...
