980 ti SLI, a couple questions.

Thanks for all the info everyone, much appreciated! I'm kinda locked in to those two 980 ti's now as I just started my new lease on them. I'm stuck with them for at least 2 months until I can change my lease again. I have a ton of 80mm fans laying around that I can scavenge if need be to...

980 ti SLI, a couple questions.

I just dug out the SLI bridge that came with my motherboard, and it is a rigid style and short, so I am assuming it is for putting the two cards right next to each other. I am going to order a longer bridge, is 120mm long enough you think? I don't know how far apart the 1st and 3rd slots are...

Questions about video card and ram.

Ahh cool thanks a bunch! I kinda figured as much about the ram. However, I saw on the Titan page where it says 8gb minimum, 16gb recommended. I thought that seemed kind of insane, but I figured I had the extra cash, and I have come into issues with ram doing huge photo or video editing...

Questions about video card and ram.

Hi! Today I came into a bit of money. This never happens to me, and I wanted to treat myself. I decided to go for a new video card to replace my aging 780 ti. Now I know many folks have issues with the price, and I could have gotten better performance with a dual card setup, but I decided to...
