Purchased this last night. Actual pricing with MSN cashback was: $39.99 x .945 - $10 = $27.80 For some reason cashback was calculated on price sans coupon, instead of final dale price..

I'd already made three cashback purchases with my ebay account last month; yesterday I attempted to do another, and received a message stating that I'd already completed the maximum number of allowed transactions.

3 year warranty. Very good $/GB, limit of 5 rebates/house. Negatives would be: hardly the quietest drive, runs hot.

Folks at SilentPCReview say this isn't that quiet: link ..if noise isn't a high priority, however, this looks to be a great value.

I think that's fixed via a registry hack with recent drivers. Reviews indicate some people find this card too loud, so the HTPC/SilentPC set ought probably stay away.
