my ic7 board will not post. i have tried it with nothing, no vid card, no ram, etc When there is no ram the system beeps loudly, with ram it does nothing but it never posts. It just sits there and restarts after 20 seconds or so. I figured if it was the cpu the mobo would complain any...

How much do memory timings matter? I have no clue on how they work and what they are used for. Do they make the ram faster? How do I find the proper ratings for my ram? or a non-default, enhanced timing? Here is my ram below...

Reading many websites selling Pentium M Laptops they will either say "low voltage," "ultra low voltage" or nothing at all.. Is this just a marketing plow and all pentium M cpus are the same, or is there a difference? Does it effect speed or what? What is the fastest pentium M out? Thanks
