I lose the USB mouse every time I power off the MB. I have to unplug and replug the mouse to get it to work again. I tried turning off legacy support in bios, service patch 3 on Windows 2000, Disabling USB 2.0 in bios, all with no fix. Any sugggestions?

Every time I start the computer I have to unplug and replug the mouse to get it to work. Microsoft USB wheel mouse. Any ideas?

I recieved RC1 on Friday and it will not install. I get a, IRQL Not Less or Equal, error every time. I tried disabling Video and System Caching in Bios, removing all cards but video, turning off IRQ sharing, and every other thing I can think of. I'm beginning to think XP is crap, at the least...
