Its been more than a year for me. I been trying to deal with them directly and they just give me bull all the time:disgust:, so I've filed a complaint with BBB. Guess what.....my check was cut and sent within 10 days. ;)

Well, back in 99, I went to home depot and ordered a dishwasher ($400). They give me a piece of paper with the order and they told me to head down to CS and PAY. In my way there I changed my mind, so I walked out. Two days later I had someone at my door delivering my washer.....loool
