    Best valued 24inch monitor

    I've been on the market looking for a 24" Monitor. There appears to be popularity between the samsung and dell ultrasharp. Are there others that I should consider? Also, at this point, what should be the optimal contrast ratio? 2000:1 or 3000:1? Thanks!
