All I did was change my plan. I just saw the 100 dollar charge on my bill. I emailed SprintPCS about it and said I'm not going to pay that. I wouldn't be mad signing a new contract but paying 100 bucks to change your plan is so messed up!

Word of warning, if you are in a contract they will hit you with a cancellation fee. I was charged 100 bucks for changing my plan since I have a two year contract. They don't even disclose the charge, SprintPCS is a very scandelous!

I got a Sanyo SCP-4500 from them and it came within 2 weeks! A couple days ago I got a letter postcard from Sprint saying my order was on backorder and they would ship it out within 30 days. I think coolcelldeals.com is a subsidiary of Sprint PCS or something. They are legit.

does the i550 have caller id? Also when you use it as a two way radio does it use your regular minutes or direct connect minutes?

How is the quality of the nextel service? I'm in the market for a new cell phone deal. My Clingular contract is about to run out, thank god and I want a phone with over 250 minutes peak.
