I have tried what is stated in that Performance team document and it still hangs. Anyone have any other ideas that I could try to see. Nothing in event viewer seems to pinpoint anything that it could be.
Have any of you seen it where you try and login to a domain and it logs in but then hangs on Applying Computer Settings before the desktop loads?
I am trying to figure out how to get it to not hang on Applying Computer Settings. The problem is on Dell D630's, it hangs on this applying network...
Yeah, I cant seem to get this to work. None of the drivers I am trying are working.
Anyone else have any ideas?
I think I may just have to get a new card. This is getti.ng really annoying
Yeah, I have another 802.11b card that works fine in there. I got this card to upgrade the card to g, and it did not have wpa encryption on the 802.11b card, which I need to connect to my wireless network at school, which is the main reason I got the card.
Does anyone know where some drivers...
Yeah, the device is found in device manager, but it shows up as unknown network device. I checked in everest hardware monitor and it showed up as the right card.
I just bought a dell wireless 1370 wlan mini-pci card to put in my Dell Latitude c610 laptop that did not have any wireless card in there.
I bought the card without any drivers, and now when I try to install official dell wireless 1370 drivers, an error message comes up and says hardware not...

Also, I put in the CPU fine and have the memory in and am doing a test to make sure it will turn on. I see the led light turn on on...

It seems like something is shorting out because I need to press it down...

I have a D/dock expansion station for my dell precision m60. The d/dock is the one with the pci slot and drive media bay in it. My problem is that the first couple times I had a monitor hooked up to the dock it would show up then this weird screen would come up with just blue and green...
Peter, yeah that is one of the issues I was thinking also. At work I am a desktop technician and we recently replaced a lot of dell motherboards with that same problem. The capacitors were all bulged out and yellow crap coming out of them.
Guess will have to check for the bulges and get a...
