How is the Adata SP600 64gb and the MSI Z87 G43?

Ok I'll drop off the gryphon and I'll take the MSI Z87 G43 is that fine? And buy taking that mobo I can now manage an 64gb ssd I think..and also is the Corsair CX 600w fine or should I take another one?

Budget is around 1000$ of US currency but I live in India and that 1000$ really becomes 1200$ because of the conversion of dollars in rupee and also because of adding keyboard,mouse and monitor prices. I am going to buy a MSI HD 7870.

Are you sure 212 evo would be able to oc a decent 4670k to 4.2ghz? And also wanted to ask that does the use of big air coolers affect the rigidity of the board as when I install this in my case, would it put pressure on the board because of gravity?
