I used to use Outlook to access my incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) mail. Since I changed from dialup with AT&T to cable access with Road Runner I have not been able to send email. I changed my AT&T email (POP3) to general access so I can use another ISP to access my email...I went on...
