i think i found the problem. The first problem is my sh*tty acer al2223w does not have an option to turn off the lcd monitor scaling. Another problem is the sh*tty nvidia 7800gt, sends the resolution of the "fixed apect ration scaling" as 1600x1200 which cause the monitor to scale it again...
