I know the K processors can be overclocked, but what I am wanting is when the CPU is idle that it will run the standard 3.5Ghz and when in full use the turbo can kick the CPU to 3.9Ghz. I'd like to let it flucuate back to 3.5Ghz when in an idle moment, and be ready to go back to 3.9Ghz when...

I have the Ati HD 3850 (Sapphire, AGP) and "HDMI compliance/HDCP ready, HDMI modes (over DVI)" are n/a according to the spec sheets. "HDTV compatibility (YPbPr)" is supported though. I also am running a wimpy 3200+ 2.2 Ghz AMD Athlon XP. I am reading things now about bottlenecking. Well...
