I live in Shreveport, LA. Comcast just took over TW earlier this year here. I called the 1-800-COMCAST number and selected the downgrade/cancel service option. Told them I wanted to sign up for the 19.99/month offer for existing customers. Took him about 3-4 minutes and said it was on there...
What's the point?! If they cant contact you...they CERTAINLY arent going to send you the 'free' backpack...so why bother even filling it out?! Kindof a silly question...dont ya think?
