Cool N' Quiet is turned off... I haven't flashed my BIOS so I think I'm on 0202 or something along those lines. I've noticed that it's really just on startup and I think it's just some of the startup programs I have running - MSN Live seems to be the major culprit. I think what the issue is...

I'm just beginning to overclock my computer and I'm at the point of figuring out my max bandwidth... So far I'm at 209 MHz @ 1.4 Vcore... my issue is that when I'm in Windows it takes an extremely long time for my apps to load. Once they're loaded they run smoothly but it takes roughly a minute...
