no it is not throttling
when I run the FPU stress in AIDA64 which test the AVX 512 the frequency is 3.9 doesn't goes lower
but the temperature at 3.9Ghz is lower than when its at 3.4ghz
I am getting odd result when using AIDA64 benchmark FP32 ray trace and FP64 ray trace. when everything is auto no overclocking the result
FP32 ray-trace : 40000krays/s
FP64 ray-trace : 20000krays/s
But when overclocking and the AVX512 speed 3.9GHz
FP32 ray-trace : 20000krays/s
FP64...
I understand that but I want to try a mod bios with V3.efi integrated to see if it will stop the dropping in the uncore frequency. In addition, the motherboard I have does not boot to UEFI shell I tried everything but it will not boot to UEFI shell. will you please make a mode bios for ASUS...

I try it and got 34X on all 18 core. When running Corona Benchmark cpu at 33X and the uncore stays at 30X, when running CINEBENCH_R15 cpu at 34x but the uncore drop to 23X
For my system maybe because I am not using V3 hack when running R15 the cache multiplier drop to x12 with no cpu microcode cpu runs at 32x . Normal use and idling cache stays at 30x. in the bios changing the cache ratio min to 30x instead of auto now when running R15 cpu runs at 31x and cache...
In windows directory search for “mcupdate_GenuineIntel.dll" you will found two rename or delete
Then use VMWare tool: https://labs.vmware.com/flings/vmware-cpu-microcode-update-driver and click uninstall to remove the microcode
Today I flash again the modded 3205 bios by sciff and played with the bios setting. I don’t have V3.EFI hack installed because I can’t boot UEFI shell.
I found out by changing the the cpu voltage form auto to offset + 0.001 (or any value) and core ratio from auto to x38 I could get x31 in...
Why i can’t mode the bios i did as Sciff wrote but still get Error in Replacing File
Even I tried the already modded bios by Sciff still getting Error in Replacing File
