how do I change the CAS on my memory??
What you're looking for is SDRAM Cycle Length. This sets the CAS for the RAM. And its under Advanced Chipset Features in the BIOS on the KT7A. :D- xhardware

what KT133A motherboard should i get?
The KT7A is a sweet ass board even if you're not overclocking. It's very stable and such, makes for a good system. The only downside is its a little pricey. If you're on a budget, MSI makes decent boards, as does AOpen. EPoX's boards are of high quality also. Those, along with ASUS are the board...- xhardware
