lol I hate the term HD. It just causes confusion anyway. EVERY game on PC has been HD as long as it could run at 1024x768 or higher.
To say that one card is HD and the other isn't would be like saying one of the video cards can only run at 320x240 resolution while the other goes to 1920 or...
I really only played WoW when it was brand new and got sick of it after about a year. So, I don't know any of the options anymore. If you can use directx 9 or 11 either of them will perform better than 10. Directx 9 should perform the best but I have noticed on my new GTX570 that isn't always...
How can I tell if my GTX 570's GPU is idle?
My PC has really become a beast in the past week (new hardware). I would really like to use my PC for more tasks and the tasks in mind involve a couple tuner cards and video encoding for media center purposes. I don't want to use CUDA or anything...
What frequency should I expect to get this processor to? I'm going to buy a new HSF since I'm using the stock right now. Basically the thing runs 4.2GHz no problem already and I can't imagine what it will do with more cooling.
I'm really impressed by the MSI board I have with the i5-2500k. Honestly even with the intel glitch uncovered I'm more happy with this board than any I have ever bought in the past. I played with all the features including the single press of a button "OC Genie." I was totally impressed it...
I agree that the motherboards should be replaced at customer requests however I wouldn't be opposed to the offering of a SATA card in place of a motherboard replacement.
People like me don't have a free PCI slot to use and some of these boards don't even have any other PCI slots. That only...
I read a lot and that's why I'll be taking care of the "muck" in my pond myself. The aeration I plan on supplying should be more than enough. There are quite a few options like this http://www.lakeweeds.eventwebsitebuilder.com/MuckDigester.html that are used for pond/lake maintenance or...

I was thinking about something like this. Although I think this company is charging out the whazoo for this sytem. I think something like this would be ideal for me.
The health department said they would do a test for $40. Right now the pond's top is froze over and I'm just in planning phases. Once it warms up enough that all the snow has melted that will be when I start my projects.
Part of my projects will involve an electric agitator. It isn't pretty (like a fountain) but constantly stirs the water. I also will be installing a windmill. Both will help aeration but obviously the wind will be variable. There is helpful bacteria I can introduce into the pond once...
Where I am people do what I'm doing for water or have water shipped in. Basically my pond is only filled with rain water. The wells around here are full of sulfur and so much so it's impossible to treat.
Originally before this house was built they did use a well. It was very slow recovery...
UV is definitely one way to kill bacteria and clean the water. There is also an ionization process that can be done to clean the water. The real question is what is best, or best for me.
