Great Post & Tips! I am hoping to try this board with a Xeon 3350 & am very curious which memory would be oc & Stable with XP & W7 for FPS games etc. Am checking out XS & TweakTown Gigabyte forums too... Trying to decide between these two or other recommended ones... G.Skill PC8500...

How much is that doggy in the window...the one with the waggly tail / Bioshock was engaging. I haven't really experienced a game with such detail in story line, interesting eclectic excentricities & grim humor, personality & ART. It was entertaining & made me jump out of my seat at times. Great...

"How much is that doggy in the window?" I hope you get to enjoy the game & get the sound fixed, Bioshock was really FUN! and that price is a steal. Did you install using the device manager vs. letting your operating system find the drivers? I remember using the majorgeeks audio drivers etc...

I was extremely bored by the swimming alien abyss or legion & got stuck later in the game trying to fly the vtol through tornadoes. :P Enjoyed Bioshock...

On the mx518 I used the dpi increase as my alternate fire or a second middle click & really miss it now that I have the G9. The bottom 2 pads of the G9 are superior to the mx518 and you can replace them...& yet the grip of the mouse is less comfortable since it is a fingertip grip mouse. Now...
