Try thinking of what a magnetic pole is. A soon a you align the precession of a bunch of molecules, preferably in a structure that likes to be magnetised you get a north and a south pole.
Ok. As any pole begins to form it begins to push the world around it like magnets tend to do. The world...
Along the lines of encryption you might find an algorithm for fractal compression. I believe there are some successful models available and implementing in hardware would make the process much more efficient over software/fpga implementation. e.g. a .fpg file format would be cool : fractal...
Here's a link, just for starters. Although it isn't the link I was talking about in the previous post.....

Try and get this point:
There's a little boy who lives in a little house with a little porch porch area in a very cold country. The ice man comes to make the little boy a skate rink. In between layers of cold water, that freezes in about 20 minutes...

Most recent production cost gave a figure of about $30 per pound. So that's like about 60 bucks a kilo. Not particularly expensive. If "they" don't make one then it's more about low consumer demand for a certain configuration.
Here's an update...
Ok, no problem. High efficiency. Got it.
Er, bloody big white fluffy things that don't dissipate because they're not water? What are they?
I don't live near a chemtrail infested sky. I'm not sure what they are. A US fighter pilot or two seem to be happy to comment on the unusual...
While the post you referred to was by someone else...
I'd agree, however I might point towards research evidence that suggests that by attempting to extract power from the vacuum, per se, we are indeed not in violation of the conservation of energy.
The point I would like to make here is...
