I just got a 2080 Ti Strix from Amazon, worked perfectly the first day and started showing space invaders artifacts in Crysis 3 & Witcher 3 the next day.
Also the card has Micron memory and is a non-A chip (going by the device ID). I don't think I'll try another, might just go back to my Vega...
Kinda interested in this card. I don't care about RTX features, they seem to be mostly unusable at higher resolutions at this time. It'll also be bundled with one of the games I'm interested in (DmC 5) so that's a plus too.
Also still seems a lot of people are experiencing RTX card failures. Of...
First time was a few months ago, I don't think they were fully aware of the problem back then. I did another RMA last week and just got the replacement in. Enermax did tell me this one is supposed to be free of any issues. I have not tested it though, since they sent me a brand new unit I...
I don't know of any others that are available right now but Cooler Master apparently has something coming (MasterLiquid ML360 RGB TR4):

Also I've had two of the Enermax 360...
I wish you the best and hope you will beat it.
I was able to install ESXi on my Zenith. For the most part, GPU passthrough worked fine on it, the only issue I found was that restarting the VM would break passthrough. Had to do a full reboot of the host machine any time I restarted the VM to...
Are there any comparison of the Enermax 360 vs the Noctua NH-U14S? Seen a few comparisons of the 240, but not the 360. I'm just curious how much of an improvement it will be.
I have the Noctua right now and have been happy with it, but just ordered the Enermax 360. Mainly because I wanted to...
Just got everything setup :) Had issues with my RAM though... (4x16GB Corsair Vengeance @ 3000 MHz). I've heard Corsair RAM is not the best to use with Ryzen but I had it from my prior build. Doesn't seem to want to boot at 3000 MHz. It's of course fine at the default (2133). I'll have to try...
Got a 1950X, Zenith Extreme and Noctua NH-U14S on the way :) Also got a Vega 64 LC. Replacing my X99 system, first time I've gone full AMD since the Athlon 64 X2. Pretty excited!
Getting the bundled components is entirely optional I think, you have to buy them along with the video card if you want to take advantage of the deal though. That's my understanding anyway.
I'm very curious how Vega mines. Maybe this has been posted here before but I found that the Nvidia P100, which also uses HBM2, does around 69 MH/s: https://www.reddit.com/r/EtherMining/comments/66f2dz/nvidia_tesla_p100sxm2_x4_mining/
Guess we will find out soon with the FE cards releasing...
Still hanging on to the ETH I bought at $7. This has been the best investment I ever made :D
Dunno, but I have a feeling ETH is going to surpass Bitcoin's market cap sometime this year. I don't think Bitcoin is going anywhere, it won't crash but I can see ETH becoming the more valuable coin.
If I was in the market I'd probably get it. My X99 rig still handles everything I throw at it though. Probably won't upgrade for a long time. I was on X58 before and I have feeling this platform is going to last me even longer.
Though it's really cool that this is the first OLED monitor, it seems a bit half baked. Also lacks HDR. I feel like Dell rushed it out of the door just to say it wasn't vaporware after all this time.
Hopefully we get a second revision next year with HDR and 120 Hz. I'll be in then.
I had a 2016 Titan XP and the reference cooler was garbage. Incredibly loud. It was quieter than reference R290X's but that isn't saying much. I could deal with it assuming I had my headphones on but playing with surround setup I could hear the fans and it was annoying.
Seems they have made...
Bought at $7-8 and still haven't sold. ETH is a long term hold for me, I was surprised when it dipped below $10, didn't think I'd get a chance to buy that cheap again.
