I think it fits, but DIMM 1 is inaccessible. You can fill DIMM 1 before installing the XP-120, you just won't be able to access it while the XP-120 is installed. Though if you're only using 2 DIMMs, you can still run dual channel in DIMM 3 & 4.

I think we've sent our 5005 back to Toshiba twice. Once for sure, for the hard drive. And then after it was out of warranty, it was overheating and crashing constantly. I eventually found a BIOS update that fixed the overheating. But the optical drive's also shot.

I e-mailed customer service to see if they had an ETA on it. I received a prompt, courteous reply, and it looks like they're expecting a shipment around the 27th. Though there are about 3000 backorders for it. :Q I guess for the price, I'll keep waiting patiently.
