I found a eeepc 900 Win with XP, 16GB SSD, 1GB RAM, etc for $209 on clearance at a brick and mortar retailer recently. Was wondering if its worth it or should spend the extra $$ to get a newer model?
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who replied to this post. I followed your advice and went with the Foxconn mobo and 4850e. Santa left 4GB of DDR2-800 RAM and a SATA HD under the tree. This is blazingly fast compared to my old setup. Thank you!
