I don't think that is actually a file that can be copied. It's just another way of presenting the history rather than going through IE. Duff

Hi all, Could someone please tell me the file/files/registry key etc in which the internet explorer history is contained? Not the history in the address bar but the history that pops up in a frame on the left hand side of the the IE window when you hit the history button in the toolbar...

Try disabling USB legacy support only. This means you won't be able to use your USB devices in safe mode or when doing a clean windows install but otherwise USB devices should work.
