The 7 screws on the bottom of the laptop have nothing to do with accessing the ram. Remove the battery and gently remove the keyboard by using a small standard screwdriver to help pry the keyboard out. Underneath there are 5 screws marked "door." Remove these and you'll see where it says "door...
