FAD: May-21 Rebel_Alliance's doing the TOP-DAWG dance today!

Mondo, those instructions were ammended to be for Linux.. "If you are having problems with 1.30b under Linuxand jobs failing which were started with 1.30b, just create a file named think.exe in the same folder as the rest of the software and it will switch to file based updates of the queue."...

    FaD: Stats gone AWOL?

The total csv was the one that borked out, I'm not comfortable with the automated fix I have in place, so I'll remove it, hopefully there are no issues, but not much I can do. Oh, and the history file is AWOL for the midnight update.

    FaD: Stats gone AWOL?

Dunno, he might be stripping it down to find the bug, I think at first he thought it was a data glitch, I would have agreed, but the file took a couple steps back, it was missing some ranking info, and it was unsorted, things I haven't seen in quite a while (and it messed up my top200 back then...

    FaD: Stats gone AWOL?

Yeah, butch would be mighty happy to find out he scored his unix timestamp in points :o I made a quick correction to mine around 4:30EST, I've just added a permanent fix, I just have to see how it affects the overall speed of the program, if it takes too big a hit (which it shouldn't) then...

FaD: Whats the biggest number of hits you've had???

hahaha, Thanks, but I use Firefox, it supports multiple tabs, I've always got the door home open :)

FaD: Whats the biggest number of hits you've had???

1hyv 1614 hits m6275. the largest returned had just shy of 3000 hits. But more hits is not better, 1 or 2 solid hits is better then 3000 weak ones.

FAD: Apr-23 mondobyte's doing the TOP-DAWG dance today!

    I'm sure Geoff could include if($totalpoints < 1000000 and $teamnumber == 2039) $totalpoints = 1000001; :)

FAD: Apr-21 mondobyte's doing the TOP-DAWG dance today!

Wolfsraider, That's the total hits for the entire Query, it's not that bad.. Geoff, I don't know, if Mondo has one at 0% started in march, then that one will not make the cutoff point, (I believe 60 days, but please don't quote that), but some others might count in the total, I find it odd...

FAD: Apr-21 mondobyte's doing the TOP-DAWG dance today!

CTQ was completed, the average CPU time (normalized to an Athlon @ 1Ghz) was 7.45 hours. Odd they are taking so long on any machine, but since the Query Completed you can search for the Molecule and see how long it took on a different machine..

    FaD: Suggestion for Stats

The algorithm posted above looked very good, the theory was sound, the numbers were good, then the next update happened and it went downhill, but it does offer a new direction, if I can figure out a new way of working with the information in a similar fashion (concept) then I'll post the SQL to...

    Geoff's Stats : To-Do List ** OPEN TO EVERYONE **

No Problem Geoff, I consider Our sites to be quite different, so I figure I help where I can.. I track a lot of extra information that up until this recent thing was useless, but I can get the raw production for a team, this excludes any movements etc.. If you want a better way, work with...

    Geoff's Stats : To-Do List ** OPEN TO EVERYONE **

20 Million points lets say joining your team would be a 10% increase, how long does it take for your team to produce that? then multiply that length of time by 2 and you are still at 25% normalization and 2 months average.. for teams there is a way to calculate it much more precisely (if you...
