I'd jump over to resellerratings.com before I purchased an alienware computer. It's not all bad but apparently they have a few issues.

If I'm not mistaken there's a few utilities (can't remember the names) that let you assign a particular key for showing hidden folders. So it would boil down to what ever key the admin. chose to assign for showing hidden folders. I've heard of # being used though. Don't know if this answers...

You could always try (don't hurt me) Ebay! There's a ton of people selling case badges on there. Plus alot of them will make a custom tag. Aleast those that have a license to use the names can make you a custom badge
