You need to get the fedex plastic pouch, the driver should have some. Call fedex to pick up and that is it.

Well, got the replacement today. Aside from getting an Indigo gube with a Jet controller, all seems well. I was able to play through the games without any lockups. Mine also came with an SVIDEO / RCA connector.

Well, my replacement is coming tomorrow. I hope it works better than the first! I will keep ya posted.

At least your game came in a case...mine was in one of those sleeves. My GC was also padded on one side as well and resting on the side of the box. Oh well.
