    Wireless Antenna is Broken

I got a whr-hp-g54 and the connecting end of the antenna is cracked so it can't be attached properly. The antenna leans slightly if attached. Where can I get a replacement? Or if possible, how can I fix it?

    Crimping your own cables

Sounds good. Thanks! I think these crappy connectors will stay with us until twisted pair runs its course.

    Crimping your own cables

Do you have any experience with booted cables? From my limited experience, they don't work as well as I'd like. But I'll try anyway. This doesn't help my phone cable. Whoever designed these connectors was not very bright. :| Any other sites where I can buy cheap cables?

    Crimping your own cables

The 40 ft cable is actually a telephone cable. It's analogous to a network patch cable. All the cables I'm talking about are patch cables. I already have the house wired up.

    Crimping your own cables

Do I buy new cables, even the long ones, knowing that the connectors will get broken in a few months, or is it ok...

EasyElement It removes the empty spaces left over when you block ads so webpages look much nicer.

Firefox 3 text rendering on the Mac

:( Safari Adblock still has problems removing elements. That or it doesn't work with EasyElement. If they ever get around to fixing that, that would be awesome.

Firefox 3 text rendering on the Mac

I guess that settles it. I'm glad I'm not the only that notices FF3's text looks different. Firefox sub-pixel font rendering might be better for some, but text is too big as my pic shows. It's evident in almost ever webpage. Every other browser renders text correctly, i.e. the right size...

Firefox 3 text rendering on the Mac

This has nothing to do with Internet Explorer, which btw is junk. It has the worst performance of any browser. Firefox 3 works fine on the PC. Nobody has this problem? Can some of you post screenshots like mine?

Firefox 3 text rendering on the Mac

I have a Powerbook G4 running 10.5.5. Firefox 3 seems to be rendering text... wrong. You can see it in the image below. Text is bigger and blurrier with Firefox. firefox3safari.png Left: Firefox 3 Right: Safari 3 Firefox 2 rendered text identically to Safari 3. So why does Firefox 3...
